VISITATION SCHEDULE ACROSS ALL CAMPUSES
Dear Parents and Guardians
Naalya Secondary Schools is pleased to announce the upcoming visitation schedules for all our campuses. As we continue to prioritize both academic excellence and the safety of our school community, we have organized designated days for parents to visit their children across our three campuses.
Visitation Schedule by Campus
NAMUGONGO CAMPUS
· Saturday, 11th July — S.1 & S.3 Visitation Day (9:00am - 3:00pm)
· Sunday, 12th July — S.4 & S.6 Visitation Day (11:00am - 3:00pm)
· Saturday, 18th July — S.2 & S.5 Visitation Day (9:00am - 3:00pm)
LUGAZI CAMPUS
· Saturday, 4th July — S.5 Parents' Meeting (9:00am - 5:00pm)
· Sunday, 5th July — Visitation Day for All Classes (9:00am - 5:00pm)
BWEYOGERERE CAMPUS
· Sunday, 12th July - Visitation Day for All Classes (9:00am - 5:00pm)
IMPORTANT HEALTH GUIDELINES
In light of ongoing public health concerns regarding Ebola, we kindly request all parents and guardians to adhere to the following safety protocols:
· Namugongo Campus: Only one (1) visitor with a valid visitation card will be permitted access to the school premises.
· Lugazi Campus: Only two (2) parents per child will be allowed entry.
· Bweyogerere Campus: Only two (2) parents per child will be allowed access.
These measures are in place to protect our students, staff, and visitors, in accordance with the Ministry of Health guidelines. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
